Yummy Low-Carb Fudge:

  • 1 pound of cream cheese softened
  • 2 ounces of butter chocolate melted
  • 1/2 cup of Stevia
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:

Beat the cream cheese until smooth and then beat in the chocolate, Stevia and vanilla. Stir in the chopped nuts. Line an 8×8″ pan with foil and smooth the cream cheese mixture into it. Chill well and then cut in squares and store in the refrigerator. This recipe is  from the book 1001 low-carb recipes by Dana Carpender.

Vanilla Frozen Custard:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups of half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup of Stevia
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar free imitation honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cups of whipping cream chilled
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Directions:

In a medium saucepan beat together the eggs, half-and-half, sweetener, honey and salt. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until the mixture is thick enough to coat a metal spoon and has reached at least 160°F. Cool quickly by setting the pan in ice or cold water and stirring until it’s just barely warm, this prevents traps steam for making the custard watery. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled at least for one hour.When you’re ready to freeze the custard, use an electric mixer to whip the cream with the vanilla until it stands and soft peaks. Turn the mixer to low and beat in the custard, running the mixture just enough longer to blend well. Pour the mixture into the ice cream freezer and freeze according to directions that came with the freezer. Then serve. This recipe is  from the book 1001 low-carb recipes by Dana Carpender.

Orange Banana Weight Loss Smoothie*:

  • 2 handfuls of kale
  • 1/2 cup of green tea
  • 1 banana
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cup of cantaloupe
  • 1 packet of Stevia
  • Combine all of the ingredients into the blender and enjoy.

Strawberry Banana Weight Loss Smoothie* :

  • 2 handfuls of kale
  • 1/2 cup of green tea
  • 1/2 cups of frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 packet of Stevia
  • combine all the ingredients into a blender blend away and enjoy.

Orange Berry Weight Loss Smoothie*:

  • 2 handfuls of kale
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 orange
  • 1 packet of Stevia
  • Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and enjoy.

Berry Mango Weight Loss Smoothie*:

  • 2 handfuls of kale
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of blackberries
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of mango chunks
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1 packet of Stevia
  • Combine all of these ingredients into a blender and enjoy.

Fat Meltdown Weight Loss Smoothie*:

  • 2 handfuls of kale
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of grapes
  • 1 lemon seeded and peeled
  • 1 packet of Stevia
