3 Low Carb Recipes for Fast Weight Loss with Medical Weight Loss in Philadelphia

Even though you might not really be hungry when you are taking our weight loss pills you still need to eat good healthy nutrition.

And that is why we are constantly updating this blog every week with healthy recipes and today I going to give you the recipes for nacho cheese crisps, a low-carb version of chocolate bacon toffee ice cream (according to my son Noah everything taste better with bacon – lol) and a low-carb version of chocolate soufflé.

So here are the three recipes:

Nacho Cheese Crisps

  • Ingredients:
  • frozen shredded sharp cheddar cheese – 2 ounces
  • egg whites – three large egg weights
  • cream of Tartar – 1/8 teaspoon
  • taco seasoning – 2 teaspoons

Let’s start this fantastic recipe by preheating are oven to 300°F. Next we take a piece of parchment paper and place it over top of a baking sheet. Now the fun begins. Take your frozen cheese and put in a food processor and chop it into tiny pieces. In a mixing bowl mix together the cream of Tartar with the egg white’s and then add the cheese over top. After that mix the cheese into the cream of Tartar and egg white mixture. Try to keep the mixture nice fluffy but you definitely want to make sure that the cheese is all the way through out the mixture. And here is where it gets really fun, take this mixture and you could place it into a pipette bag and squeeze this mixture onto your baking sheet lined with parchment paper. You want to make strips at least 2 – 3 inches long and about 1/2 inch wide. (My son Noah made these at college and instead of using a pipette bag all he did was get a large Ziploc bag put the mixture into their could a whole and one quarter of the bag and squeezed out some pretty heavy duty strips of this delicious mixture.) After you have major strips on the baking sheet just sprinkle over top your taco seasoning. Then let this bake any of and for approximately 25 – 30 minutes. I like mine to be very crispy and the longer that you bake them the crispier they will become. But just make sure that you do not burn them. Sometimes after the first 25 minutes I will shut off my oven and just leave them there for about another 20 minutes or so so that they are nice and crispy but they are not overly burn. Of course, it’s always best when you eat this soon after it’s made at least within a couple days but if you use a really good container should be good for approximately 5 – 6 days. This recipe makes about 5 – 6 servings and each has around 55 calories, almost 2 grams of carbohydrates and about 4 grams of protein.

Chocolate Bacon Toffee Ice Cream – Low Carb

  • Serves 8
  • Ingredients:
  • Swerve, erythritol or any other sugar substitute – 1 cup
  • Eggs – 3 large
  • cocoa powder – 1 cup
  • unsweetened vanilla almond milk – 1 cup
  • heavy whipping cream – 1½ cups
  • pinch of salt
  • xanthan gum – ½ tsp
  • 90% chocolate – 4 squares
  • heavy whipping cream – 2 Tbsp
  • ¼ cup chopped crispy bacon – ¼ cup
  • Chopped sugar free toffee – 3 squares

This is a really great recipe were going to start by mixing together your cocoa powder, xanthan gum, almond milk, eggs and sugar substitute. After everything is mixed nicely make sure that you are using a microwave safe bowl and put this into the microwave and microwave for about 1 minute or so. Take it out of the microwave, stir it and then put it back into the microwave for about another 30 seconds. Then stir up one more time and microwave for another 30 seconds. Hopefully, by this time the mixture should be a bit second. If it is not; continue to microwave for 30 seconds and then stir until it’s thickened a bit. When you finally have the proper consistency mix in your heavy cream and a little pinch of salt. Let this cool in the refrigerator overnight.

Melt the chocolate together with the 2 tablespoons of whipping cream and then mix in the bacon. Spread this mixture out on either wax paper or on parchment paper and let it chill until it’s hardened. Once it’s nice and hard you can break into pieces and set it on the side. When your ice cream mixture has thoroughly chilled you can put it through an ice cream maker. Just follow the instructions that came with your ice cream maker and I’m sure everything will come out the way it should be.

Wait until there is about two minutes left for your ice cream and to be ready and then mix in the bacon and toffee. Let it process for the final 2 minutes and then you can either serve it as soon as it is ready or you can place it in the freezer and let it firm up a bit. If I am placing it in the freezer to be served later I just make sure that I take it out of the freezer for about 20 minutes before we are going to eat it. Just leaving it sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes or so will allow it to become nice and soft to see you can totally enjoy all the rich flavors of this ice cream. This recipe has about 300 calories per serving, 6 grams of carbohydrates and 5 grams of protein.

Low Carb Chocolate Souffle’

  • Ingredients:
  • butter – 1 tablespoon
  • Monk fruit sugar – 1/3 cup
  • unsweetened chocolate – 5 ounces
  • egg yolks – three large egg yolks at room temperature
  • egg whites – 6 large egg whites
  • whipped cream – 1 cup

Let’s start by preheating the oven to 375°F. Then butter your soufflé dish with your 1 tablespoon of butter. After that let’s melt your unsweetened chocolate in a bowl, you should stir this while it is melting.

When the chocolate is melted remove the ball from the heat and whisk in the egg yolks until it hardens a bit. In another bowl whisk your egg whites with a pinch of salt, use an electric mixer while adding the 1/3 cup of monk fruit. Just make sure that you at the monk fruit a bit at a time. Now stir approximately 1 cup of your egg whites into the chocolate mixture and then add this mixture to their remaining egg whites. Just mix everything together nicely. After that pour into the soufflé dish and bake this in your oven for about 18 – 20 minutes or so just until it becomes puffy with a nice crust on top.

The recipes I am giving you today are: Pepperoni Cheese Baskets, Parmesan Chicken Balls, Chocolate Macadamia Ice Cream, Chocolate Fluff and Fettuccine Alfredo.

Pepperoni Cheese Baskets*

  • Ingredients:
  • pepperoni – 3 ounces sliced into four
  • full fat cream cheese – 4 else’s
  • sour cream – 1/4 caught
  • garlic – 2 cloves of grated garlic
  • red bell pepper – 1 ounce of grated red bell pepper
  • Tabasco sauce – just a dash
  • salt and pepper to taste

Mix your full fat cream cheese, sour cream, grated garlic, red bell pepper, Tabasco sauce and salt-and-pepper until it’s combined in nicely. Take a muffin hand that will allow you to make 4 muffins and line the muffin cups with cling wrap. Next place a slice of pepperoni into the bottom each of the muffin cups and evenly divide your cream cheese and sour cream batter into the 4 muffin cups. After that just placed them in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. After about 1 hour they should be firm enough to eat but I like to leave them in there a bit longer so that the flavors really intensified. When you are ready to eat them just remove them from the muffin cups and you can enjoy them with some delicious veggies. Each muffin has approximately 240 calories and 3 grams of carbohydrates.

Parmesan Chicken Balls*

  • Ingredients:
  • chicken breast – 3 ounces of ground cooked chicken breast
  • Parmesan cheese – 1 ounce grated
  • cheddar cheese – 1 ounce shredded
  • full fat cream cheese – 10 ounces
  • sour cream – 3 tablespoons
  • chili sauce – 1/2 teaspoon
  • green onion – 1 green onion minced
  • cilantro – 2 tablespoons of finely chopped cilantro
  • salt and pepper to taste

Start by putting the sour cream and cream cheese into a bowl and mixing them until they are smooth. After that start in the chili sauce, chicken, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese and salt-and-pepper. Kathy then take a plate and mixed together the cilantro and green onion. Now divide your chicken mixture into 12 equal portions and put them onto the herbs. Gently roll each of the first to form balls and then place them in the refrigerator and give them time to set. This is a really fantastic recipe and has only 124 calories and 1 gram of carbohydrate.

Chocolate Macadamia Ice Cream*

  • Ingredients:
  • Heavy Whipping Cream – 1 Cup
  • Full Fat Cream Cheese – 1 Cup
  • unsweetened cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons
  • macadamia nut butter – 2 tablespoons
  • xanthan gum – 1 teaspoon
  • liquid Stevia extract – 1/4 teaspoon or more depending upon your taste
  • macadamia nuts – 1 ounce of chopped academia nuts.

We begin this great recipe by placing all the ingredients, except for the nuts, into a food processor or blender and mix until everything is nice and creamy smooth. After that if you have an ice cream maker just charted the ice cream maker or if you do not have an ice cream maker you could just place it in the freezer. Just make sure that it’s in a freezer proof container. If you do not have an ice cream maker you will have to stir this about every normal 30 minutes or so to make sure that it does not crystallize. Let it freeze until you have the ice cream texture that you like. I usually like to take mine out of the freezer for about a good 15 minutes before serving it. When you are ready you can just sprinkle the chopped macadamia nuts over top of the ice cream. This recipe makes six servings. Each serving has approximately 290 calories and 5 grams of carbohydrates.

Chocolate Fluff*

  • Ingredients:
  • Ingredients:
  • heavy cream – 1/2 cup of chilled heavy cream
  • cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • chocolate liquid Stevia – 5 drops of chocolate liquid Stevia
  • French vanilla liquid Stevia – 5 drops of French vanilla liquid Stevia

This is a super easy recipe to make all that you need is to use an electric mixer and just with all of the ingredients together until it is stiff. And if there you have it, two servings of the delicious low-carb and no sugar chocolate whip.

This recipe makes two servings each of them having about 200 calories, 3 grams of carbohydrates and 2 grams of protein.

Fettuccine Alfredo*

  • Ingredients:
  • fettuccine style tofu shirataki noodles – 1 packet
  • cream cheese with chives and onions – 1 tablespoon
  • butter – 1 tablespoon
  • grated Romano or Parmesan cheese – 2 tablespoons

First we must cook our shiitake noodles, just follow the package directions to cook them properly.(I usually cook my shiitake noodles by first draining and rinsing them. Then I put them in the microwave bowl and microwave them for about 2 minutes and then I drain them. Next I microwave them one more time for about a minute or so and then I trained them one more time.) After you have cooked your noodles place them in a bowl and mix in the cream cheese with chive and onions in the butter and stir everything until they melt and for a very nice smooth sauce. After that to sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of your cheese and stir this end. And you can use the other 1 tablespoon of grated cheese to sprinkle over top. Now all you have to do is eat and enjoy.

Low Carb Homemade Whipped Cream: 4 servings

  • Ingredients:
  • (35%) heavy whipping cream – 1 cup
  • vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
  • himalayan salt – 1 small pinch
  • 1-2 packets of stevia or 1-2 drops of liquid stevia.
  • Combine everything in a bowl and use a small hand mixer to whip the cream.

Low Carb Hot Cocoa

  • 1 Serving for a large mug
  • Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream, or almond or coconut milk – cream – ¼ cup
  • cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon
  • stevia – 1-2 packets or 1-2 drops of liquid stevia
  • cinnamon – just a pinch
  • vanilla extract – 1 tablespoon
  • himalayan salt – 1 small pinch
  • 1 cup of boiling hot water
  • Carefully mix all of the ingredients into a mug and stir until it’s all mixed together.
  • You can top this with the homemade whipped cream you made.

  • ground flax seeds – 2 tablespoons
  • 1 scoop Solutions 4 protein powder
  • Place all of your greens into the blender and blend until it becomes liquefied and then stop the blender and add all of the of the ingredients then place the lid back on your blender and then continue blending until everything is creamy smooth.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

  • Spring mix screens – 3 handfuls
  • 1 scoop Solutions 4 protein powder
  • water – 2 cups of water
  • apples – all too small apples with the core and seeds removed and cut into quarters
  • banana – 1 small banana
  • frozen strawberries – 1 cup
  • Stevia – 2 packets, you can add more if needed
  • flaxseeds – 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds
  • Combine all of your vegetables into the blender and blend until it becomes liquid than stop the blender add the rest of the ingredients, placed the lid back on top of your blender and blend until it’s creamy smooth.

Berries and Apple Smoothie

  • Spinach – 3 handfuls of spinach
  • water – 2 cups
  • Apple – 1 small apple cord seated and sliced into quarters
  • blackberries – 1/2 cup of BlackBerries
  • blueberries – 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • ground flaxseed – 2 tablespoons
  • 1 scoop Solutions 4 protein powder
  • Stevia – 1 – 2 packets or more if needed
  • First blend all of your greens and then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until you have a deliciously creamy smoothie.

Doc’s Favorite Smoothie

  • Spinach – 2 handfuls
  • Kale – 2 handfuls
  • frozen peaches – 1 cup
  • banana – 1 small banana
  • water – 1-2 cups
  • 1 scoop Solutions 4 protein powder
  • ground flax seeds – 2 tablespoons
  • Stevia – 2 packets or more depending upon your taste preferences
  • combine all of the vegetables into the blender and blend and when this is liquefied add the rest of the ingredients cover your blender and continue blending until everything is nice and smooth.

  • one small orange – peeled with the seas removed
  • one small banana
  • flaked coconut – 2 tablespoons
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of ice cubes
  • optional – 1/4 cup of pineapple chunks
  • Combine everything into a blender and enjoy. This recipe makes 1 – 2 servings.

Green Monster Smoothie

  • Seedless green grapes – 1 cup
  • Kiwi – 1 small Kiwi peeled
  • 1/2 avocado – pitted and peeled
  • combine the seedless grapes, kiwi and half avocado into a blender and blend until it’s creamy smooth. This recipe makes one large serving.

An Apple a Day Smoothie

  • 1 Apple – preferably a Granny Smith apple cut into quarters and seeded

  • 1/2 cup of avocado – pitted and peeled

So here are the three great recipes that will tantalize your taste buds and satisfy your hunger and cravings.

Breakfast – Scrambled Eggs

  • Ingredients:
  • eggs – 3
  • butter – 2 ounces
  • salt and pepper to taste

Start by taking three large eggs cracking them open and beating them with some salt-and-pepper. Next,   take a pan add the butter to it and set it overtop a medium heat. When the butter has melted add eggs to the pan and stir this for at least 2 minutes. I like my eggs thoroughly cooked.  You can even add some type of protein like chicken, beef or fish. Often times I add bacon , avocados and some cheese. If you are super hungry you can add more butter to the recipe.

Lunch – Mega Salad

  • Ingredients:
  • beef, chicken, fish or any other protein of your choice – 4 ounces
  • leafy greens – 1 ounce
  • cherry tomatoes – 1 ounce
  • bell pepper – 1 ounce
  • cucumber – 1 ounce
  • scallion – 1/2
  • olive oil or mayonnaise – 1/4 cup

Chop your vegetable then add your greens to the bowl and then add the other vegetables. I like to add broccoli, red and green cabbage for a nice crunch to my salads.

Shred or chop vegetables of your choice. First, put dark leafy greens such as spinach or arugula at the bottom of the jar. Iceberg lettuce or romaine works too. Green and red cabbage gives a fresh crunch. Chopped broccoli or cauliflower also works great. You can also add avocado, bell peppers – red- green and yellow, carrots and any other vegetables that you like. Then top this with your protein – beef, chicken or fish. I also like to add cheese, olives, and a small amount of nuts and seeds. For the dressing I like olive oil, vinegar and herbs and spices, but sometimes I may have some mayo or lemon as a dressing.

Cheese-Filled Chicken

  • chicken breasts – 4
  • olive oil – 2 tbs
  • bell pepper – 1
  • garlic clove -1
  • pickled jalapeños, finely chopped – 2 tbs
  • ground cumin – 1/2 tsp
  • cream cheese – 3 ounces
  • shredded cheese – 5 ounces
  • salt and pepper – to taste
  • tooth picks – 4

Guacamole

  • avocados – 2
  • garlic cloves – 1-2
  • the juice of ½ lime
  • olive oil – 3 tbs
  • white onion – 1/2
  • fresh cilantro 1/3 cup
  • tomato – 1 diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • For serving
  • sour cream 2/3 cup
  • leafy greens or lettuce – 1/2 pound

Instructions

First preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Take your garlic and bell peppers and chop them up nicely. Then place them in a pan with olive oil and saute. When they are soft set them on the side in a bowl. Then stir in the cheeses, spices and japenos. Slice your chicken down the middle and spread it apart like you open the newspaper. Take a large spoonful of the mixture and place it into the middle of the chicken. Add the salt and peer to taste and any other spices you like. Fold the chicken breast and secure it with the toothpick.

Do this with all of the chicken breasts then fry them a bit. Then put them in a baking pan and bake them until they are totally cooked. You can add the remaining batter overtop of the chicken breasts before baking them. When they are cooked you can add some good health fats like guacamole or sour cream. And please add lots of vegetables. To make the guacamole all you have to do is mash the meat of the avocado, (just like mashed potatoes – but without all of the carbs), and mix in some diced tomatoes, lime juice and olive oil. You can also add other herbs and spices to give it more flavor.  Make sure you remove the toothpicks before serving this delicious dish.

Chicken Casserole – Low Carb Recipe*
Ingredients:
bacon – 8 slices
zucchini – one medium-sized zucchini cut into,1/2 inch cubes
eggs – two large eggs
Dressing Ingredients:
mayonnaise – 1/2 cup
chicken broth – 1/4 cup
chives – 1 tablespoon of snipped chives
fresh dill – 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped
flat leaf parsley – 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped
onion powder – 1/2 teaspoon
garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon
black pepper and sea salt to taste
cooked chicken thigh meat – 2 cups cooked and chopped up
avocado – one half of an avocado diced
tomato – one tomato seeded and diced
cheddar cheese – 2 ounces

Use an oven safe skillet and fry the bacon until it’s nice and crisp. When it’s finished cooking remove the bacon from the pan but leave the drippings from the bacon in the pan. Then crumble the bacon and set it on the side. Next take your cubed zucchini and add to the pan and let it fry for about five minutes or so until the zucchini is tender and has soaked up all of the bacon drippings. Then remove the zucchini from the pan and allow it to cool down. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Then place your eggs in a saucepan cover with water and then set it atop a flame and let it boil and when it starts to boil cover it with a lid and remove it from the heat. Just keep the eggs sitting in the hot water for about 11 or 12 minutes. Next remove the eggs from the hot water cool and them down in ice water or under cold running water. When they are cool peel them and slice them. In a very large bowl combine all of the ingredients for the dressing and stir them all together well. After that stir in the hard-boiled eggs, tomato, cheese, chicken, avocado, bacon crumbles and the zucchini cubes. Mix everything so that it’s combined together well. After that, move this mixture into and 8 in.² baking dish. Place it in the oven and let it cook for approximately 20 minutes. When it’s done you can garnish it with anything that you like before serving. This recipe makes eight servings each of them has approximately 270 cal, 10 g of protein, about 3 g of carbohydrates in 1 1/2 g of fiber.

Hi everyone this is Dr. Kenny. I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season. In this blog post I’m going to give you an awesome recipe for a mug cake. It’s another twist on the recipe for a cookies and cream cake. This recipe is great because it’s loaded with cookie chunks and it’s super simple and quick to make. It has lots of good healthy protein, fiber and it’s also gluten-free,  dairy free and paleo friendly.

During the holiday season of November and December statistics tell us that people can gain anywhere from 10 pounds and is much as 20 pounds during these two months.

Between family dinners, get-togethers and celebrations with friends and family and even people bringing lots of delicious but fattening goodies into the workplace it’s very difficult to maintain any type of healthy eating program let alone a weight loss eating nutrition program.

So that is why during these next few weeks I’m going to step up my game and try to add at least three new recipes to our website. Some of these recipes may be low carbohydrate and low sugar and others will be low-calorie versions of foods that we love to eat. I am also going to try to add some healthy ingredients to foods that are normally loaded with sugar and lots of calories.

And that’s exactly what I’m doing with this recipe for this cooking cream mug cake. Usually this type of recipe has nothing but lots and lots of sugar in calories and provide no nutritional value. But by using coconut flour and almond flour we are adding good healthy fiber and significantly decreasing the amount of sugar that we would normally be eating if this recipe was made from good old white processed flour. And because we are using Stevia or swerve instead of regular sugar we are decreasing the amount of sugar that would normally be in this type of recipe. By using unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk we are also increasing its nutritional value and eliminating lots of allergic reactions that are associated with normal regular dairy products such as milk.

If you want to make this recipe totally good for you you should probably decrease the amount of optional ingredients like in the unsweetened sugar-free chocolate or vanilla chips. I just added these in their because my son Noah saw me making this recipe this morning and he wanted to add some additional flavor to the recipe. If you like the addition of the unsweetened/sugar free chocolate or vanilla chips make sure you tell Noah when you see him working in the office this summer.

Creamy Cookie Cake Recipe – Low Carb

  • Ingredients
  • coconut flour – 1&1/2 TBSPS
  • almond flour – 1 TBSP
  • sea salt – just a dash
  • baking powder – 1/2 TSP
  • Swerve or Stevia – 1 TBSP
  • Paleo cookie – any kind of 1-3 paleo cookies
  • egg – 1 large egg
  • unsweetened almond or coconut milk any flavor – 1/4 cup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract – 1/2 TSP
  • Optional – unsweetened/sugar free chocolate or vanilla chips – 1 TBSP

Instructions:   In an oversized mug or even a bowl mix together your coconut flour, salt, baking powder, almond flour, swerve or Stevia and your cookie.

Take another bowl and mix together your unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk, eggs and vanilla extract. Make sure that you blend this well together. Now that you have your dry ingredients in one bowl and your wet ingredients in another were going to combined the two of them and stir everything until it’s mixed together nicely.

Next get an over-sized mug or even better a nice sized ball and for everything into it. Place it in the microwave and cook it for about 45 seconds. Then take it out of the microwave and check it. At this point you can add your chocolate chips and place it back to the microwave and cook it for as long as it needs to cook everything thoroughly.

This could possibly take another minute or so. Total microwaving time is anywhere from 1 – 2 minutes. But again depending upon the strength of your microwave it might be a little bit more or even a little bit less time. When it’s thoroughly cooked take it out of the microwave let it cool down quite a bit before attempting to eat it. This recipe makes one serving.

So there you have it another fantastic low-carb recipe that not only taste good but it’s also very good for your waistline.

2 Holiday Dessert Recipes To Lose Weight by Medical Weight Loss in Philadelphia

Biscotti Low Carb & Gluten Free

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 large egg
  • Swerve – ⅓ cup
  • stevia extract – ¼ tsp
  • butter – ¼ cup
  • vanilla extract, sugar free – ½ tsp
  • almond flour – 1 and ¾ cups
  • xanthan gum – ¼ tsp
  • unsweetened cocoa – ½ cup
  • baking soda – ½ tsp
  • salt – ¼ tsp
  • cinnamon – 1 tsp
  • Optional items include chopped nuts and sugar free chocolate chips

Instructions:

First we should preheat our oven to 325 F. Then in a bowl, stir or blend together the eggs, butter, vanilla extract, swerve and stevia. In another bowl stir together the remaining ingredients until they are mixed nicely. Then combine the ingredients of both bowls and you can add the sugar free chocolate chips and the nuts if you would like to.

Mold this into a nice big dough ball. Next grease a cookie sheet and spread the dough out and form your typical biscotti. Next we bake this for about 25 minutes, just until it’s slightly browned. Take it out of the oven and decrease the temperature to 275 F. Allow the biscotti to cool down for about 14 minutes and cut it into strips that are approximately one half inch wide. Then put the individual biscotti on their side onto the cookie sheet and bake them for another 25 – 30 minutes, or for as long as to takes for them to cook to a nice crispness.

This recipes makes about 15 biscotti and each has approx 2 grams of carbohydrates.

Oreo Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Low Carb

  • Ingredients:
  • Low carbohydrate chocolate cookies – one pound (the above cookie recipe is perfect for this)
  • butter – ½ cup
  • cream cheese – 8 ounces
  • Swerve – ⅔ cup
  • stevia extract – ½ tsp
  • heavy cream – 1 cup
  • eggs – 6 large
  • coconut flour – 2 tbsps
  • vanilla extract – sugar free – 2 tbsps

This is a really fantastic recipe. To start just take a 9 inch spring form pan and grease it. Then preheat your oven to 350°F. Next break up your cookies into very tiny crumbs. You can use your hands or just use your food processor to do this. Divide your cookie crumbs into two separate bowls and stir one half into your melted butter. You are going to take this butter and cookie crumb mixture and line the bottom of your springform pan with it.  

After doing this place the pan in your refrigerator. Next you want to blend together your swerve, whipping cream and cream cheese. Make sure that you use a large bowl for this.  When it’s nice and smooth you can add the vanilla, coconut flour and eggs and stir everything until it’s creamy smooth. Then take your springform pan out of the refrigerator and pour half of your cream cheese mixture over top of the crust. Then take the other half of your cookie crumbs and pour that over top and then just pour the rest of the creamy mixture over top of that. Next place this in the oven and let it bake for about an hour or so. You want to bake it for as long as it takes for the center to become very firm.

Finally take the cheesecake out of the oven and let it cool down. Personally I like to let it cool down for at least one hour and then you can remove it from the pan. For the best tasting cheesecake I like to leave it in the refrigerator until the next day. This is one of those recipes where there cake will actually taste better the next day.  This recipe makes 12 servings each of them having about 3 – 4 grams of carbohydrates.
